About Us

Bayberry Vintage Autos has been buying, selling, restoring and maintaining autos since 1995 ranging from early 1900 vintage cars through the classics of the 60’s to the specialty and modern vehicles of the 70’s through the mid 2000s.  Building on our ability to complete OEM restorations, we offer a wide range of customized project services to turn your dream car into a reality. We will work with you to access the feasibility and customize the project scope to fit personal budgets and needs. Our project capabilities are enhanced by our expertise in maintaining completed custom vehicles and personal collections.

Our Team

Jim Dunaway

General Manager

In March 2016, Jim joined Bayberry Vintage Autos as a Master Automotive Technician responsible for keeping our cars in perfect condition, executing our third party service business and OEM restorations and custom projects. He was promoted to General Manager in May 2019 and manages all aspects of our operations.  With over 19 years of automotive repair and management experience, Jim is Ford A.S.S.E.T. trained, ran chassis dyno for two organizations in Florida, and served as a race crew member.  He helped build and maintain a world record setting twin turbo Fort GT and executed multiple builds and performance upgrades.  Jim is a hands-on manager and spends the majority of his time working on cars and projects in our shop.

Matthew Day

Body Shop Manager

Matt manages our body shop and joined Bayberry Vintage Autos in November 2018.  He is experienced in all aspects of automotive restoration including metal fabrication, repairing and reshaping body imperfections, multiple stage painting including custom hand painted accents, and assembly/fitment.  He has seven years of body shop management experience along with four years of collision teaching experience.  A true perfectionist that delivers.

Derek Hall

Automotive Technician

When Derek joined our team in September 2019, he recognized a unique opportunity to work on an amazing collection of cars and be a player in our custom project and restoration business.  He brings a wide range of mechanical and body repair work experience to our team developed over the span of 17 years in the business.

Daniel Harriman

Senior Automotive Technician

Bringing a wealth of diversified skills to Bayberry Vintage as a Ford Senior and ASE Certified Master Technician, Dan has over 20 years of diagnostic, repair and maintenance experience.  Dan focuses on maintaining our Dealer Inventory, servicing customers’ specialty cars and assisting on custom project builds.

Christopher Rauseo

Automotive Body Technician

Chris joined the Bayberry team with over 20 years of automotive body experience to expand our custom build capabilities.  He is proficient with metal and fiberglass bodies and has all of the skills necessary to meticulously deliver flawless bodies to our demanding customers.

Brandon Long

Automotive Technician

Custom metal and fiberglass fabrication, welding, electrical systems and control circuits, audio systems, and diagnostic skills are some of the skills that led to Brandon joining our team. His experience includes fleet maintenance and electronics. He also owned and operated his own company diagnosing vintage cars, building custom motorcycles and fabricating and installing a custom air suspension system for his 1955 Oldsmobile.

Spencer Thomas

Automotive Body Technician

Introduced to the world of automobiles at an early age, Spencer decided to pursuit a career in our business.  The opportunity to work on different projects and vehicles, and learn from our entire project team was very attractive to him. 

Will Fordyce

Parts and Shop Assistant

Will manages parts procurement for both our project and maintenance business. He works closely with our technicians to ensure parts are available when needed to maximize efficiency.
