About our 1967 Austin Healey BJ8-3000 MkIII
This fine Healey is the most potent and final edition of the famed LeManns racers. It has undergone a complete restoration some time ago and still looks factory fresh with its British Racing Green paint and black interior and top. While many have been separated from their original books and tools, this car has survived through time retaining all of its original books manuals and dealer brochures as well as a perfect complete tool roll.
History of the 1967 Austin Healey BJ8-3000 MkIII
The Austin Healey 3000 was the successor to the famed Austin Healey of the 1950s and continued its European Rally dominance into the next decade. The Healey’s popularity on both sides of the Atlantic has never been better. With the upgrade to a six-cylinder, it had no problem developing 150 HP and speeds well over 120 mph. Still vintage-raced today, they continue to be class leaders in every category, as well as highly coveted and prized collectibles for those who are contented with weekend touring.
